J.D.O. srl grants free of charge to the end-consumer customer, a one-year extension of the two-year legal warranty duration for any defects of conformity under the same terms and conditions indicated in the certificate of authenticity attached to the jewel and issued by the company J.D.O. srl ., owner of the LUCE di DonnaOro trademark
This Extra Warranty is in addition to the legal one that is due to the end-consumer, without replacing or prejudicing it.

The Extra Guarantee can be activated exclusively for donnaOro’s LUCE brand jewelry purchased in jewelry stores within the territory of Italy

To activate the Extra Guarantee it is necessary to register the jewelry you purchased under the Luce Di DonnaOro brand at Donnaoro.com in the dedicated section . Registration must be done strictly within twenty days from the date of purchase of the same indicated on the fiscal document. After this deadline has elapsed to no avail, the Extra Guarantee can no longer be recognized.

Once you have completed the registration of your Luce di Donnaoro-branded jewelry, you will be sent a message via e-mail including all the registered data and the unique code to keep in order to take advantage of the Extra Guarantee.

• If work under the Extra Warranty is needed, it must be done exclusively by an authorized Luce di DonnaOro dealer by presenting along with the jewelry:
  the receipt;
• The certificate of authenticity signed and dated by the dealer when the jewelry was purchased;
• registration data and the unique code.

DonnaOro’s authorized retailer Luce di DonnaOro will send the jewelry, along with the above documentation, directly to J.D.O srl . to assess whether the defect or damage to the jewelry is covered by the Extra Warranty.
